Position Title: Digital Operations Specialist

Purpose: The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for working with various lines of business in establishing and maintaining customer accounts related to digital products and services. This position is also responsible for servicing third-party relationships, primarily focused on business and municipal customers, and treasury management services.

Essential Functions:
- Onboards and maintains customer accounts related to treasury management products and services and reviews documentation related to products/services to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provides second level support to the Customer Contact Center as it relates to treasury management, commercial, and municipal digital operations products and services
- Coordinates and assists with Remote Deposit products hardware installations, set-up of sweep and ACH limits, and services customers throughout the set-up and beyond
- Promotes Bank products and services by identifying opportunities and evaluating the needs of existing and prospective customers to make appropriate recommendations and or referrals to other lines of business
- Onboards all new customers and accounts opened through the digital banking channel, ensuring all BSA, KYC, and CDD regulations are met prior to opening the account
- Operationally supports and services initiatives new to the FSB digital bank, such as FX currency, crypto currency, BaaS
- Works directly with Digital Operations Specialist II in identifying cases regarding digital operations inquiries/issues and relays resolutions to appropriate internal departments and customers, as appropriate
- Completes requests under the direction of the Digital Operations Specialist II and Digital Operations Manager, as appropriate, and ensures the daily work in the department is completed timely and accurately
- Demonstrate the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders. Incorporate the high-performance behaviors of teamwork, leading by example, and service in every facet of work

Job Related Qualifications – Education and Prior Experience:
Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior Experience: 2 years of experience working in a banking environment, with exposure to and experience with business accounts and services
Preferred:
- Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business-related area of study
- Prior Experience: 1 years of experience in a banking environment working with Treasury Management or Cash Management products or services
Competencies:
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
- Responds to requests for information in a timely and professional manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications with the ability to learn new and existing Banking software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong sales orientation and customer focus
