We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in a critical role, spearheading the replacement of lead water services in Denver, CO. This large-scale project presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on public health and safety in the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all aspects of the lead water service replacement project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to all safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage a team of engineers, inspectors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
Ensure all necessary permits and approvals from city, state, and federal agencies are secured.
Liaise with community stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and government officials, to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Manage project budget and track expenditures, identifying stringent safety protocols throughout the project.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement stringent safety protocols throughout the project.
Document project progress, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
Identify and implement opportunities for project optimization and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the underground utility sector.
Proven experience with lead water service replacement projects is a strong plus.
PMP Certification is a strong plus.
Excellent understanding of construction methods, material selection, and quality control procedures.
Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build rapport with diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Strong ability to manage budgets and track expenditures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
