Work Schedule: Typically, you will work Monday thru Sunday (on-call basis) with variable hours/shift.

What Will You Do: As a Catering Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience.

Event Preparation:

• Assist with the preparation and setup of catering equipment, food stations, and dining areas according to client specifications.
• Ensure all necessary supplies, ingredients, and equipment are available and organized for each event.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plate and garnish dishes for service.

Event Execution:

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages with precision and professionalism, adhering to established service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage levels, replenishing as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Address any guest inquiries or special requests promptly and courteously.

Event Breakdown and Cleanup:

• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces, including clearing tables, packing up equipment, and returning items to the designated storage areas.
• Ensure all catering equipment and supplies are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored after each event.
• Collaborate with the team to assess event performance and identify areas for improvement.

Flexibility and Availability:

• Be available to work on-call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the demands of our event schedule.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle last-minute schedule changes and urgent requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We're looking for:

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• ServSafe certified or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.

General Requirements:

• Lift and carry 50lbs on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
