RESPONSIBILITY :
- Completes the assigned inspection on vehicles, all makes, and models.
- Efficiently performs vehicle maintenance and repairs that are needed and approved.
- Oil Changes and tire rotations
- Test and replace batteries
- Repair and replace tires
- Serving transmissions, cooling systems, and other related maintenance items.
- Collects all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g., model year, etc.).
- Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.
- Additional Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools; keeps tools in good working order.
- Promotes dealership by presenting a professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-year college degree in vehicle maintenance / automotive technology is preferred, not required.
- Strong automotive background.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
