Position: Accounting Assistant (AR Specialist)
Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Onsite)
Contract period: 1 Year (Will be extended)
Note: Must be Bilingual Korean/English
Job Description and Requirements:
- Follow up unknown checks, ACH deposit
- Customer open item clearing (AR) matching with the bank statement
- Travel system management (Q&A from the employees)
- Employee expense/ travel report review and approval on SAP Concur
- Travel expense reconciliation (airfare / BOA)
- Budget update in expense portal (SAP Concur)
- Vendor invoice posting for payment
- Open account management
- Support monthly closing - sales part
- Support year-end financial audit
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
