Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally attend to customers and vendors.
• Make and answer phone calls promptly and appropriately.
• Perform other clerical support tasks, including completing required paperwork and filing

them efficiently.

• Showcase available vehicles to customers.
• Answer customer questions about available cars, financing and purchase process.
• Assist customers with the test driving and purchase process, and efficiently complete documentation according to company policies.
• Contact customers with information about their accounts according to company policies.
• Document information efficiently according to company policies.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation according to company policies.
• Collect and document customer payments appropriately.
• Communicate with vendors to manage and update inventory, services and invoices.
• Update and keep meticulous daily accounts according to company policies.
• Other duties as needed

Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service, clerical or sales position preferred.
• Car dealership experience is a plus.
• Unrestricted Driver’s license required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
