A subsidiary of the FIVES Group's High Precision Machines division, located in Quebec, the company offers customized solutions for an international clientele operating in the aerospace, rail, defense, energy, and various industrial specialties sectors.

We are currently seeking an Automation Specialist to join our USA-based team who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!
At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to commission the automatic systems that equip our machines and carry out functional tests.
More specifically, you will:
Do you have a degree in industrial electrical engineering, in automated production engineering or equivalent?
Are you familiar with ladder and structured text programming languages?
Are you familiar with reading electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings?

- Carry out functional and final acceptance tests
- Participate in the analysis and implementation of machine-safety systems
- Prepare progress reports
- Train the client operator on the use and maintenance of the automated systems
