• High attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined
• Press / Machine operating experience
• Understanding of measurements and measurement tools
• Problem solving
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Work and communicate with other line workers
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Some daily and weekend overtime may be required

Profil

PREREQUISITES :

• High school diploma or GED
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and use a digital scale
• General knowledge of power tools and hoists
• No restriction to regularly lift 30 lbs. & occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform general bending and turning
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Excellent time management
• Punctual and strong work ethic
• Abrasive wheel experience is a plus
