RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create 'Formulation Master' which details materials, equipment, and processes required to make abrasive products.
- Establish shop routings, tooling equipment, and production rates for new orders.
- Review and update changes to shop routings.
- Generate and maintain records related to activities.
- Review sales orders to determine make-ability.
- Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experiences
CORE-SKILLS & PREREQUISITES:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior technical training or manufacturing exp helpful
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills required
- General computer skills
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Excellent time management
- Punctual and strong work ethic
