At Fix My Phone Plus, our main goal is to provide quality repair services and sales for the most common electronic devices, providing excellent customer service with a quick turnaround.
Fix My Phone Plus is a growing franchise chain with locations in Oklahoma City, Moore, Norman, and Edmond. More franchises are in the works for Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. We focus not only on cell phone repairs but also computer and game system repairs, as well as used device sales.
The managers primary responsibility is to oversee all general day-to-day management processes in the retail store, including but not limited to diagnosing repairs, communicate to sales reps, managing employees, and reporting directly to the owner. A key to our success is the timeliness and efficiency with which the store can satisfy our customers' repair needs. Helping our customers have a good experience through excellent customer service is vital.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 2-4 years experience repairing cell phones, tablets, game consoles, and other electronic devices
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical sills are a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Extensive computer or cell phone repair experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or college education preferred
40 hours per week, including Saturdays. The store is open Monday-Thursday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Friday-Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Pay is based on experience, $16-$17/hr with the possibility of a bonus quarterly.
$1,000 sign on bonus included
$1,000 moving allowance included (if moving from out of state)
