Fix Salon is looking for a beauty lover who wants to help our salon guest's plan incredible experiences with our team!

The perfect candidate sees that this is more than just a "front desk" role. This position is about listening to our clients needs and helping them achieve their hair goals through planned visits and recommending home care.
This Customer Experience Specialist role is also responsible for playing host to all guests during their visit to our company. Ensuring they are comfortable and taken care of in our space. You love to let our guests know tips and tricks to get the most out of their hair service.
Duties:
- Be the first impression to our hair clients as they connect with our salon via phone, email and text messaging.
- Welcome guests as they enter our space and ensure they are taken care of during their visit.
- Recommend services and home care to amplify their experience and hair results.
- Maintain the overall aesthetic of our space with support of our team.
- Understand our home care brands and how to recommend them to our clients.
- Understand our services and how to recommend them to our clients.
- Anticipate the needs of our business, clients and staff with the ability to trouble shoot and self direct resolutions.
- Be familiar with current promotions to share with our salon guests.
- Collaborate in a team environment and contribute to our company's growth.
- Maintaining the order of our retail shop and stocking inventory.
Schedule (Approximate):
Sunday 9:30-6:00
Monday 9:30-7:00
Tuesday 10:30-7:00

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.81 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
