Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and create project plans and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and steering committee meetings.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members, vendors, and external consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing to ensure that deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to end users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics with existing systems and processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar software.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $58.91 - $62.60 per hour

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Hourly pay

Experience level:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
