Job Information
FixPads is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work in-office at our Charlotte, NC location! Please note that this is a Monday-Friday, 9-5 in-person position.
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the operations and transaction teams in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful completion and sale of multiple renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and have a keen eye for detail. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team in the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, invoices, and change orders.
- Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Support in maintaining the budget and financial records, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or project management, preferably in the fix/flip industry.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, as well as project management software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $49,357 - $64,030
