Job Posting for Technical Services Coordinator (Documentation Specialist) at Fladger Associates
Responsibilities:
- Excellent employment opportunity for a Technical Services Coordinator in the Columbus, OH area.
- Creation and maintenance of GBS Master Data for materials and components in support of Packaging Engineering.
- Management of documents and workflows (technical data, component specifications, Master Packaging Specification, technical elements for product labeling) in IDEA/Veeva systems.
- Testing technical document attributes and properties to support migration from current electronic document management system to new system.
- Other Master Data Management activities as assigned
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to enter data into and retrieve information from various document systems such as Word, Excel, Acrobat, and Outlook.
- Experience working in enterprise systems such as SAP and/or document management systems is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Experience working in a regulated industry/environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independent work requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Required Skills: ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, SAP, EXCEL, DOCUMENTATION, ACROBAT
- Additional Skills: DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT, PACKAGING, MAINTENANCE
