Join our AMDS Radiology team and make a difference! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time MRI Technologist.
AMDS Radiology is a state-of-the-art outpatient imaging center offering MRI, CT, US, and X-ray in a warm, friendly, and convenient atmosphere in Staten Island, NYC.
Job Duties Include:
- Perform general MRI exams safely and in a timely manner using independent judgment and initiative with minimal supervision.
- Produce high quality imaging, entering patient data accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional patient care and maximize patient satisfaction and comfort
- Effectively communicate with fellow associates, patients and family members
- Maintain a professional environment and foster cooperative relationships with coworkers and physician staff
Education and Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent/college preferred.
- Graduate of a two year school for radiological technologists.
- ARRT License and ARMRIT MRI certification required
- Licensed by the state of New York
- Minimum of one year of experience as a MRI technologist required
