Job Posting for SUMMER ESOL BRIDGE PROGRAM, SUMMER TEACHER, GR 6-12 at Flagler County School District
This position is open to Internal employees Only. You must be currently contracted with Flagler County Public Schools. Substitutes and “as needed” employees are not eligible to apply.
This position is available on an as-needed basis. The number of positions available is determined by student enrollment. Continued summer program employment contingent upon continued student enrollment.
Will provide intensive English Language and literacy intervention to Gr 6-12 ELL students who are limited-English or non-English speakers.
Proctor Standards-based formative assessments to identify specific language gaps as well as Summative assessment taken after program completion to show learning growth and help indicate which skills still need to be developed.
*Must be available for the entire duration of camp.
Pay Rate: $35 an hour
Qualifications:
Must have Secondary ELA and ESOL Endorsement
Prefer Reading Endorsement/Certification
Teacher Dates: May 31-June 20 (M-Th)
Teacher Hours: 7:45-11:15 or 8:15-11:45
