Flagler Trimlight is looking to expand and grow our business
Looking for installers to install for an outdoor permanent lighting company! We provide permanent and programmable exterior lighting for homes, businesses, neighborhood HOAs, pool enclosures, docks, decks, and patios. Previous construction, siding, gutter, and/or electrical work preferred, but not required. Must have positive attitude, be punctual, and possess a great work ethic. Must have reliable transportation. The majority of the installations are residential. Need to have great communication skills and be customer oriented. On the job training provided. Attic and extension ladder work will be required. This is a 1099 position.
Our territory is based in from Palm Coast to Daytona Beach to Edgewater throughout both Flagler and Volusia counties.
Our pay scale is a piecemeal rate depending on the footage and type of lighting being installed. You will be paid an hourly rate of $20 while in training for the first 3 installations. Once training is completed and you are ready to work on your own, you will earn your proportionate share of the job's pay, generally equating to $20-$50/hour.
At this time, hours will be dependent upon a per job basis. As we expand, this will turn into a full-time position.
