Job Classification: Full time, Non-Exempt Reports to: PMO Manager
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will provide support to the PMO by performing generic procedures and tasks associated with the day to day running of projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. They must ensure work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, policies and good practices.
Essential Job Functions
- Support the PMO by managing operational and administrative aspects of the Project Management team
- Support trial logistics, paperwork generation and binder support
- Create, distribute, monitor, and modify scheduling
- Become a senior user in Project Insight
- Assist with quality and performance metrics and provide summary reports as needed
- Manage and organize management calendars and appointments
- Organize department for meetings/events both onsite and offsite
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an AA Degree with related work experience
- 1 year work experience in biomedical research or healthcare environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
