At Fleet Clean, we are looking for hard working and self-motivated individuals interested in joining our elite team that services commercial vehicles and facilities across the DMV area. Pay starts at $15-17 an hour based on pressure washing experience and performance. Hourly rates can increase based on job performance and manager evaluations.
Prior pressure washing experience is preferred, but not needed if willing to learn!
Available Positions:
Crew Leader: Crew leaders are the managers of the field. Crew Leaders are expected to prepare and log paperwork, drive truck and crew members safely to clientele, help carry out the service of clients and train new crew members and prepare trucks before each route. This is a leadership role with room for growth.
Crew Member: Crew members are the backbone of the company, they are expected to service the clientele, help crew leaders prepare trucks for daily routes, and carry out tasks that are asked of them by the leadership team. Promotions are available if job performance meets/exceeds company standards.
Schedule:
Flexible based on availability, Part-Time/Full Time, Varying schedules and weekend work.
Office and trucks are located in Chantilly, Virginia, where we start each day. Crew members can meet Crew Leaders at specific client location(s) for that day if communicated to the leadership team ahead of time. Our clients are all over the DMV area.
