We are looking for a Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. The Technician will also be responsible for performing maintenance on customer equipment, providing technical advice and training, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Use equipment to carry out service across DMV area.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance activities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
  • Perform calibration and testing of equipment.
  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
  • Insure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.53 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
