The Warehouse Team Member will provide a friendly customer experience. The position will work in the backroom and in the yard. The Team Member will also be responsible for online customer orders.
- Greet and acknowledge all customers and build rapport to establish repeat business.
- Pull product from yard and warehouse for sales floor team members to stock.
- On demand, locate sale and promotional items to replenish stocking during operating hours.
- Fulfill internet orders through pick pack and ship process.
- Organize and keep full bulk products in outside display area.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are in place in receiving, backroom and yard.
- Effectively load merchandise into customer vehicles while following load slip.
- Correctly label and stack product on pallets as needed and shrink-wrap to properly secure.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and regularly climb ladders is required.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including days, nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overnights is preferred.
