We are looking for an office assistant to help with the day-to-day. We are an autobody and collision paint shop that focuses on larger vehicles, such as; construction equipment, motorhomes, big rigs, trailers, super duty trucks, etc. We have a graphics department that does vehicle wraps from large trailers to something as small as a motorcycle helmet.
Duties:
Check-in vehicles.
Add up time cards.
File paperwork.
Working with QuickBooks.
Connecting calls.
Learning.
MUST HAVE QUICKBOOK AND EXCEL EXPERIENCE.
