Construction Repair Lead

This full-time position is tailor-made for someone with experience hanging sheetrock, using mud and tape techniques, texture application, painting skills, and a knack for carpentry and trim work. Our diverse range of small to mid-size projects will allow you to work independently, while showcasing your talent and passion for your craft. All while leading the crew and making sure the project is on track.

Responsibilities and requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Taping, various texture applications, and painting preferred
• General residential construction knowledge
• Basic finish carpentry skills 
• Physically demanding work; walk, bend, crawl, stoop, push, pull, reach, left, carry
• Be able to read blue prints and navigate layouts
• Experience purchasing materials is a plus
• Experience leading teams is a plus
• Customer service, customer service, customer service!
• Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible
• Clean-cut, professional appearance
