Available Positions:
Data Entry Clerk
Entry level data entry position that is responsible for reviewing claims and inputting important information into our claims system. This position plays a significant role in making sure claims are entered into our system daily in a timely manner with minimal errors in order for the subrogation specialist to start working on new claims. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible to reconcile their work at the end of business day to ensure that all the assignments have been entered into the system, reviewing statute reports to ensure Statutes have been entered correctly in the system, determining file/work assignment types as they are entered into the claims system, requesting and generating various acknowledgement letters based on the file/client and emailing clients information that is missing from the file.
Data Entry Scanner
We are in need of an efficient person that is critical to the subrogation process. Main role is to upload important information and documentation that subrogation reps/collectors need to pursue subrogation. The Data Entry Scanner accesses the claims system, reviews claims information/documentation, ensures files are correctly saved on necessary drives, transfers documents and screen shots from one system to another to support our internal subrogation efforts.
Required Skills
