BI Manager

What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a BI Manager within our Fleet division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. This position is The BI Manager will develop new insights and understanding to support business performance based on data. The role, which is part of the global data team, will be hands on with the candidate also expected to lead a small team of BI developers (Alteryx and Tableau).   How We Work As a BI Manager, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. Monthly home internet stipend.   Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Manage the development of our BI technology stack (Tableau/Alteryx/MS SQL/AWS) that will deliver insight across the business. Maintain a relevant suite of reports, regularly reviewing and updating existing output in line with usage and business demand. Hands on development of Alteryx workflows and Tableau reporting. Be accountable for defining, managing and tracking the team’s work plans in line with business demand, providing direction and coaching to build the capability. Work closely with the relevant technical leads and architecture team to provide insight and input to the development of the BI tools and technologies Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders, providing direction and alignment, bringing new ideas to move our business forward and ensure business needs are met Drive execution of projects, with a firm focus on planning, delivery and results, understanding customer challenges and being responsive to their needs. Perform ad-hoc analysis for the business as and when required.     Qualifications & Skills Experience of managing a small insights team (2 people) – this role will be hands on. Strong SQL experience – 3 years. Alteryx experience is a must. Experience with cloud platforms – in particular AWS (Redshift and Glue) is beneficial. Data modelling, data warehouse design and data lake concepts and practices. Demonstrated ability to create an environment where data and insight lead decision making.
