Call Campaign Coordinator What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Call Campaign Coordinator within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is hybrid role. The Call Campaign Coordinator is the Independent contributor role that slots incoming campaigns for the supplier outreach teams, queues up records according to the priorities of the organization, identifies record discrepancies, assists with data loads and takes decisive action in the Corpay CRM environment. Experienced in monitoring influx of data, extracting data from source systems and presenting data using desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel. Must have the ability to manage competing schedules to meet time bound deliverables. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and seeks to grow experience and skills for a career in Project Management. This position reports to the Hiring Manager and will regularly collaborate cross functionally. How We Work As a Call Campaign Coordinator, you will be expected to work in hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing: · Assigned workspace in a full, home/office set up · Company-issued equipment remote access · Formal, hands-on training · Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Maximizing use of current tools, reports and programs as well as using technological Leveraging Salesforce to manage data sets in support of strategic initiatives and sprint planning. Managing supplier outreach capacity on a daily basis to identify potential and to initiate throughput. Working with Leadership and Business Partners (when applicable) to prioritize incoming campaigns. Collaborating with operational personnel to understand client challenges and explain noted recording discrepancies to drive client engagement for necessary information. Supporting operational needs by conducting data loads Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, processes. Understands the importance of accurate data to business operations. Familiarity with Salesforce and or other CRM packages preferred. Ability to adapt to change and offer process improvements. Tenacity to think “outside the box” when presenting solutions to business challenges. Qualifications & Skills  Extensive work experience in Salesforce reporting (or related CRM) BA/BS In Business, Mathematics (or related field) required, or related experience Strong organizational, task, and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications Creativity and strong problem-solving ability Advanced excel skills that include Vlookups, Pivot tables, Etc.. Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, processes. Understands the importance of accurate data to business operations. Familiarity with Salesforce and or other CRM packages preferred.
