What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Staff Accountant within our Accounting & Finance division. This position falls under our ALE line of business and is located in St. Charles. In this role, you will assist the Controller with a wide range of projects and activities in the accounting and reporting areas. The primary duties will include accounts receivable and accounts payable, and general ledger. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills and pay close attention to details. A prominent level of initiative-taking problem solving and follow through are necessary for success.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Process and reconcile employee company credit cards.
Assist with analyzing and processing security deposit refunds.
Reconcile company credit cards for furniture, hotel back up card, and SUA account.
Assist with and back up furniture and new customer integrations.
Reconcile GL accounts 99999 and 20625.
Enter Canadian furniture credit card charges.
Process credit card check requests when needed.
Process small balance write offs.
Assist with monthly reconciliation of account 20610.
Back up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable when staff members are on vacation.
Process the weekly customer integration.
Process check inquiries and stop pays.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
ACT database experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism
Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
Great Plains experience a plus.
