At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Bartender, you must efficiently craft every drink to perfection, and serve?our?Guests responsibly. You will be expected to have extensive knowledge of our food, beverage and wine program and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations?to?enhance the Guest’s experience. You will need to be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our beverage program, and be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to be warm and outgoing and to generate new sales through building relationships with?our?Guests. Our Bartenders are committed to safe food handling, and cleanliness during the shift and prepare drinks according to company specifications and standards.
