Your Role and Impact
You will work directly with our President and support our team to manage a broad range of administrative duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Create, manage and organize SOW’s and MSA’s
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with managing prospect clients through the pipeline
- Manage multiple systems
- Answer phone calls and triage as needed
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
- Support and assist President with calendar and other duties
- Social Media posts (as needed)
- Manage and be the liaison with our marketing vendor
- Corporate Event Planning
- Plan and organize company outings
- Order and manage company swag
- Prepare agenda for company wide meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field, preferred
- 3 years of related administrative and clerical experience preferred
- Onsite work at location in Edina, MN.
- Part time role: 15-20 hours/week
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently
