Production: Be Part of the Magic in Antigo!
Calling all 2nd shifters! Our client in Antigo is seeking passionate individuals to join their 2nd shift production team.
In this role, you'll play a vital role in creating delicious cheese! You'll:
- Become a Cheese Molder: Use specialized equipment to fill molds and monitor wheel size for consistent quality.
- Stack Like a Pro: Carefully stack cheese wheels in the press to ensure proper shaping
- Maintain the Cheese Count: Meticulously remove cheese from molds and keep accurate track of weight and quantity.
- Be a Record Keeper: Maintain clear and detailed records of cheese location and inventory.
- Keep it Clean: Ensure a sanitary and safe work environment by cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment.
This is a fantastic company to work for! You'll rotate tasks every 30 minutes, keeping you engaged throughout the shift.

Additional Information:
- Schedule: 4pm-2am on a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week within a 6-week rotation.

- Work Environment: Be prepared for a fast-paced environment with moving mechanical parts. It can be wet, humid, and reach temperatures between 80-90 degrees, especially in the summer.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform essential job functions, which may include:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bending, twisting, walking, stooping, and crouching
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Windows-based software
- Performing basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using weight measurements and counts
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
