What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trimmer - 3rd shift position at Flex-Staff, Inc.?
Be prepared to be AMAZED!!! Bright and Clean - Endless Possibilities - Be in GOOD company! We are looking for Trimmers on 3rd shift for a local manufacture.
Duties:
- Inspect and review plastic parts
- Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to perform necessary trimming of parts
- Assure quality standards are met
- Work in a team environment
- Strive to hit production goals and metrics
Requirements:
- Ability to perform critical thinking and complex problem solving
- Able to work independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to retain and follow detailed work instructions
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Able to work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated
- Shows moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings
- No experience required
Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00p - 6:00a
