Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Asset Management | Senior Compliance Officer | Zurich & Remote | 3 months | 100% | immediately | CHF 140’000

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies to align with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing fund compliance expertise, including fund structuring, operation, documentation, and regulatory filings
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive compliance training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
  • Serving as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and collaborating with external legal counsel to address compliance issues
  • Conducting KYC due diligence on investors and counterparties, reviewing investment transactions to ensure regulatory compliance

Experience

  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Professional fluency in English; German is a big asset
  • Relevant compliance certifications in financial services industry
  • Specific experience in an investment firm / venture capital is a big plus
  • Min. 6 years of PQE in Compliance within the financial services industry
