Lingo Staffing is now hiring Welder Fitters in Roanoke, VA. Hours : 1st Shift Monday-Wednesday 6 : 00AM- 4 : 30PM Thursday 6 : 00AM-3 : 30PM Friday 6 : 00AM-11 : 00AM 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3pm - 3 : 30am*overtime and weekend work is mandatory as needed* Pay : 1st Shift $20 / hour 2nd Shift $23 / hour Welder Fitters are responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling sheet metal. Job Requirements :
- Must be able to fit and weld Fluxcore 1 / 16th.
- Must be able to successfully pass a 3G Weld Test.
- Must know AWS weld symbols, shapes, fractions, nearside and farside.
- Heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.) repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Basic computer skills.
