Construction Worker

Flexecution Incorporated is a fast growing, nationwide retail installation/service company. We are seeking an Insured construction team of 2 (1 installer and 1 helper) for on-going, CONTRACT work in the state of TEXAS with a general knowledge of mechanics, steel installation and concrete drilling.

• The installation team will be installing steel protection for railings and casework for a large major account.
• The ideal candidates will need to be hardworking, devoted, honest, and self-motivated and will require attention to detail. Dependable transportation such as a truck, SUV, or trailer for transporting material to the project location is an absolute MUST.
• Materials will need to be picked up at a warehouse in the San Antonio area to transport to each project site.
• Travel is mandatory covering most of Texas to include the Dallas area, West Texas, down to the border and as far east as Houston.
• This team will be required to work 5 days a week, with 90% of installs taking place over night ranging from a 9 to 11 pm start time and a finish time of 6 am if necessary. This is interior work.
• Other duties include but are not limited to; accessing emails with prints, instructions and packing slips for materials, maintaining imperative communication with onsite manager and project manager, executing completion of project to the highest standard, taking photos of completed project and obtaining signed completion paperwork, to submit to the project manager for review and approval after each project.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, job site preparedness, and on time completion is imperative!
• Fuel reimbursement and travel worked into budgets to include in some cases, lodging.
• Pay rate is per install (site and work load specific) generally in the $200-$600 range. Payment terms are NET 30 days. A 1099 will be provided at year end.
