From on-prem to the cloud, companies can get the IT asset data needed to rightsize, reallocate spend, reduce risk and maximize ROI.  Employee Engagement Intern The Employee Engagement Intern is a virtual role (i.e., work from home) that will assist our People & Culture team in driving engagement with employees. This is an 8 week paid virtual summer internship (June 13 - August 6). Full time preferred but flexible given the virtual nature of the program. The role will: Lead the virtual intern program, reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications & Engagement Drive employee engagement activities including the company recognition program and virtual events Support employee communication strategy, recruiting and onboarding Help with administration of recognition and other programs Get exposed to other areas of HR through special projects. Minimum required skills and experience: Excellent, professional communication skills, both written and verbal Be able to get things done in a virtual environment Highly self-motivated and resourceful Proficiency in all MS Office Applications including- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Seeking a Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, or similar area In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, as part of our summer intern program, interns will participate in: Group project and exposure to Flexera leaders.
