We are looking for skilled Laminators and Inspectors for our Clinton, TN Client.
Pay 15 – 16 per hour Temp to Hire and Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance in quality regulations and ensure quality products depart to customers.
Inspect materials with precision and measuring tools.
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products; Maintain activity logs.
The Product Launch Specialist is responsible for executing validation activities pertaining to pre-production samples and new program launches.
- Provides support toward lamination of development and launch orders.
- Creates lamination and inspection PWI's.
- Supports the review and analysis of pre-production orders and defect samples.
- Collects materials, coordinates and performs special testing requirements.
- Completes various other tasks related to new product launches.
- Background in manufacturing highly preferred.
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computing skills and proficiency with MS Office products with an emphasis on MS Excel and Word. Experience with using statistical software (JMP or Minitab) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize well.
- Able to think clearly in a high-pressure situation, able to work with people at all levels of an organization, “roll up the sleeves” attitude.
- Must be willing to work overtime and off-shift hours when necessary.
Requirements:
- Warehouse experience
- Have HS Diploma or Equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
