What does a Die Caster / Machine Operator do?
- Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality to control the die casting process, produce high quality castings, and resolve quality and/or die cast machine operation problems to assure production meets goals and quality standards
- Check that all encoders / transducers are transmitting information to the assigned System at the beginning and end of assigned shift report with reporting problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials if any or needed.
- Constantly monitor the die cast process (through the assigned system) and die cast machine performance to ensure a stable die casting process
- Verify that the die cast machine is set according the Die Cast Machine Set Up Sheet
- Prepare and update Die Cast Set Up Sheets by part number, sleeve number and machine
- Complete the Process Control Evaluation Sheet to determine the ideal parameters for a specific process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Follow detailed assembly instructions when needed, with the processes and procedures provided
Compensation: $16.50-$18.50 (BOE and Shift)
Monday-Friday (Overtime will be notified)
1st Shift: 7: 00 AM-3:00 PM
2nd shift: 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM
3rd shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must own/be able to wear steel toed shoes for the duration of the shift
