Responsibilities:- Follow-up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain current knowledge of pricing, customer needs, and any concerns
- Utilize effective communication and follow-up techniques
- Cooperate effectively with other divisions to guarantee orders are delivered ahead of schedule
- Assist sales leads in achieving goals and accomplishments
- Keep customer accounts up-to-date by adding new information
- Interact with sales leads frequently to improve product and service knowledge
- Demonstrate superior active listening, communication, and interpersonal capabilities
- Demonstrated experience collaborating as part of a team
- Showcase capacity for self-management and independent working
- Exhibit knowledge of customer service
- Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or the equivalent
