Job Requirements

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Experience setting up and operating manual lathes, radial drills, and Bridgeport Mills
• Materials: Stainless Steel and some Inconel.
• Will be turning, milling, drilling, facing, tapping, and boring brackets.
• Be able to read blueprints in metric or standard
• Must have minimum of /-.001' experience
• Experience working with large parts (10 Tons)
• Ability to perform complex setup with little to no supervision
• Experience working with a variety of materials, component/part sizes
• The ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 4 months to 1 year
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50 hours/weeks)
  
  

We are looking for highly skilled machinists with experience on one or more of the following machines:

• Manual Mills
• Manual Lathes
• Manual Boring/Planer/Gantry Mills
• Manual Turret Lathes
• Other shop equipment
  
  

Here is just some of what we have to offer:

• Pay: is $38/hour
• Guaranteed overtime paid at time and a half
• Access to a full suite of benefits
• Paid travel expenses to and from job sites (Mileage reimbursed at $0.67/mile)
• Paid lodging (Single occupancy hotel room)
• Per diem ($45/day)
• Flexibility to take time off between assignments
