Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Logistics Administrator located in Warrington, UK. What a typical day looks like: Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections Review, follow-up and resolution of open orders Arrange for parts orders cancellations Review, follow up and resolution of parts returned with non-conforming quality Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations System maintenance of drop point addresses Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements Data reporting (KPI’s, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management The experience we’re looking to add to our team: GCSE qualification or equivalent Advanced English language skills Verbal and written Italian skills would be desirable Previous work experience in a similar environment/ industry Experience in working in a Customer Care role or similar fast paced environment using written and verbal communication methods is a great advantage Excellent Level Excel Skills SAP knowledge is an advantage Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate on both management and operational level Adaptable to work in a challenging, fast paced and changing working environment Team player who can fit seamlessly into an existing team and is able to provide support to the team when needed Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to be proactive and use initiative Ability to make decisions independently for the best possible outcome Great attention to detail, ability to analyze data and understand connections Eligible to work in UK Interested?
