Job Summary Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Manager located in Dundalk, Ireland. Reporting to the Head of SHEQ, the Quality Manager role will be part of an excellent team, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative. You will ensure quality standards are set and met for products or services and that quality is consistent and meets internal specification and external requirements. What a typical day looks like: Direct, develop, and maintain the Quality Management System to satisfy client and certification requirements. Manage the CAPA System to ensure that all issues and non-conformances are closed in line with prescribed requirements using a standards approach. Monitoring and analysis of Internal Production Data using Quality Tools (Statistical Analysis, FMEA, Error Proofing) to drive to generate Site Quality Metrics, including targets and objectives. Develop and maintain the Document Management System, ensuring procedures and processes are compliant to customer and standards requirements. Lead Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives by being the point of contact for scheduled client programs. Lead and participate in client audits. Managing the Incoming Non-Conformance Process to disposition defect goods. Communicate with Suppliers all identified issues to achieve Permanent Corrective Action Response Drive Continual Improvement through a Cross-Functional Approach Provide QA & QC direction to improve Quality Culture & Behaviours all functions within the business. Lead Continual Improvement Programs The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality Manager Role within a Production Environment Quality qualification would be an advantage. Good technical capabilities, investigative abilities and initiative. Customer Quality Assurance experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Risk Management Documentation (FMEA, GR&R, MSA) Internal Auditor Qualification.
