Our Office Administrator position is located in Carlisle, PA and is full-time with Monday through Friday hours (8:00am-5:00pm). A successful candidate will have good listening and communication skills, excellent data entry and organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage IT ticketing system and assignment of tickets
- Maintain Company IT inventory equipment asset list and order equipment when needed
- Manage the food/drink marketplace and act as the liaison for employees and the company
- Create company ID badges and assign keycards
- Track budgets for automatic renewals (ie. URL renewals, software renewals, etc.)
- Administer company provided smock program
- Assist with the planning and coordination of employee activities/events
- Prepare new hire paperwork and benefits packets
- Maintain sufficient inventory stock of office supplies and first aid kits
- Prepare meeting rooms and order food for visitors
- Coordinate and order gifts for employees
- Organize and archive records and documents
- Perform general office duties, tasks, projects, and reports as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
- Promotes and demonstrates ethical and professional conduct at all times
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of initiative, and a self-starter
- Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability and willingness to locally travel up to 20%
