Your Job

Flint Hills Resources (FHR) is currently seeking a System Lead to join our Procurement team!


Our Team

The System Lead will report to the Procurement Director for Transformation and Analytics, and be based at our headquarters in Wichita, KS. This role will require the ability to travel 10% of the time and will include overnight stays.


What You Will Do

  • Understand functionality of Track System and how to capture, vet and settle labor, per diem, materials, and equipment with our suppliers.
  • Support the site timekeeping resources in their daily activities.
  • Provide backup coverage to the Coupa System Lead for vacation, travel, and sick time.
  • Facilitate the Track Advisory Board to understand and better meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain key internal stakeholder and external relationships.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in a business environment OR minimum of 2 years of experience working in a business environment.
  • Must be available for on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience identifying, communicating, and implementing process and technology improvement to deliver value.
  • Experience with extracting, transforming, and analyzing large amounts of data.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to groups.
  • 1 years of working experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerBI, etc.
