Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of software support experience in a client facing role
- At least 1-2 years of experience in X coding language or another object-oriented programming language
- Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in T-SQL and SQL
- Requirements gathering experience
- Basic understanding of finance, supply chain or manufacturing related business processes
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Sense of urgency and a strong focus on customer service and delivery
- Experience with ERP software
- Demonstrable skills with Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies specifically Agile
- Ability and flexibility to travel mainly throughout Northern America (travel requirement – 10 to 25%)

- Work Location: Home office - we will consider applications from various locations within the states listed below
- This role is expected to work during Eastern and Central Time hours. You must be located in one of the following states or willing to relocate to one of the following states to be considered: Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, New Jersey, Texas and Minnesota
