SUMMARY: Perform all activities of the core business as it relates to the sales and marketing of FFC products and services to achieve the end goals of the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop new business within the manufacturing, repair and/or distribution segments of company’s business.
2. Maintain a good working relationship with customers and distributors by responding to all inquiries concerning purchase orders, invoices, shipments in a courteous and highly professional manner.
3. Respond to phone/email/on-line inquiries from customers/internal teams on a timely basis regarding inventory availability, pricing, order status, sales terms, promotions, shipment/delivery dates, etc.
4. Coordinate shipping priorities and resolve shipping discrepancies with customers, distributors, and program customers to ensure orders are shipped per specifications.
5. Provide “soft’ technical assistance to customers such as interchanging of part numbers, giving product descriptions and other commonly asked product related inquiries.
6. Handle shipping duties in the absence of the Shipping Manager.
7. Coordinate the FFC distribution network business activities.
8. Perform activities as assigned in support of the sales and marketing plans.
9. Participate in the development of annual sales and marketing budget and action plan for the core business, with specific measurable financial and operational objectives.
10. Maintain departmental profit and loss responsibilities.
11. Participate in the development and attainment of sales goals for product distribution.
12. Provide training and marketing support for product distribution.
13. Identify, recruit, and train new distributors for products both domestically and internationally, as needed.
14. Coordinate specific procedures for customer service complaints and or product discrepancies.
15. Provide updated sales information relative to new products, cross-referencing of manufacturer part numbers, inventory levels, competitor’s activities and industry trends to staff.
16. Ensure company’s reputation and standards in the industry are maintained and enhanced by departmental staff.
17. Provide direction to other departments relative to sales and marketing responsibilities.
18. Remain proficient in processes supporting customer service to include: Invoicing, Distribution, Exporting, FAA document preparation, E-Synergy, and Customer payment processing.
19. Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or closely related field preferred. At least three years of sales and marketing experience; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to determine necessary corporate objectives and departmental procedures. Ability to work effectively and tactfully with assigned personnel and other staff. Exercise judgment and discretion in managing and implementing goals and objectives. Handle customer’s technical and manufacturing inquiries. Ability to establish industry contacts that lead to sales. Meet established sales goals or quotas. Must have proficient computer skills.
