Warehouse Manager

Flock Free is a family-owned and operated business located in Lakewood, NJ. We are dedicated to the safe removal of birds, mosquitoes and rodents from properties. We offer a diverse array of pest control products and services that are humane, effective & pet/people friendly. We pride ourseves on the ability to assist home owners, commerical property owners, including but not limited to big box retailers, airports, restaurants, stadiums & pest control companies with their bird & pest-related needs.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Duties:
- Oversee inventory to maintain accurate stock levels

-Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments for E-Commerce orders
- Manage transportation logistics, including working with carriers and freight forwarders
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the project management team and sales, to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Perform light product assembly

Qualifications:
-High School diploma or equivalent

-Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Experience in shipping/receiving processes and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work well with a team

-Forklift proficiency & certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
