Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Cleaning Technician to join our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of various floor surfaces in commercial and residential settings.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • No felonies
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Proven experience as a Floor Cleaning Technician or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
