Responsibilities:
- Assist in demolition and restoring damaged residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by water, fire, or mold.
- Load work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies and restock as needed.
- Clean and maintain vehicles.
- Communicate with clientsand co-workers on status of job .
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Cleaning of Carpets, area rugs, upholstery
- Cleaning of Air Duct Systems and Dryer Vents
- Cleaning of Contents and structure damaged by water/fire/mold.
Requirements :
- Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to Successfully complete a Background Check
- Willing to work more than 8 hours a day and Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for night/weekend response to 24/7 emergency services.
- Must be physically capable to perform lifting up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) wear a powered respirator for long periods of time.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight.
