Youth Counselors provide safety and supervision for adolescent assigned female at birth in our residential psychiatric facility. They work as part of a treatment team to provide a therapeutic inpatient setting for our residents. Please see qualifications below.
NOW HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS!
First Shift: 6:45 am-3:15 pm
Second Shift: 2:45 pm-11:15 pm
Third Shift: 10:45 pm-7:15 am
Pay ranges from $16-$18 not including shift differential, bonuses, or overtime.
Responsibilities and Duties
Facilitate therapeutic groups and activities
Do regular headcounts and ensure safety of all residents
Counsel residents one-on-one and in groups
Provide feedback to residents and to other members of the treatment team to shape the treatment plan
Accompany residents on outings and other planned activities
Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
