Summary of Responsibilities: Reports to the Director, Advising Systems and Academic Success Provide advisor-specific training for Banner, DARS, academic planning tools, and other supporting software. Partnering with OIT and outside vendors to ensure data integrity, system transition, and that systems are connected and scaffolded. Assist in the creation and maintenance of Care Units and Services to enable each area to leverage and use the tools available within the Success Network to better serve their students. Support of offices will include the following duties: Create and manage training modules, documents, and tutorials for students and staff. Develop and deliver personalized training for each office including professional staff, student workers, graduate students, and administrative support. Adding and removing members to maintain an accurate student list and access security. Student outreach, communication plans, and marketing Facilitate access for FAU Libraries to enable student outreach and appointments. Route Financial Aid Alerts to the appropriate Financial Aid Counselor. Create Success Network communication plans for students and staff. Create and manage advising surveys. Provide additional advising web resources. Address Help Desk Tickets created for Navigate In support of our campus partners and the student body, this position will require some evening and virtual working hours on a regular basis. Training experience preferred. Knowledge of EAB navigate, Banner, and DARS preferred. Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
